QUESTIONS?

We are a huge chocolate family, and we love the taste of this chocolate. We also love that this chocolate is low in sugar - far better tasting than other low sugar brands. We love the Oat, the Almond and the Hazlenut butter.

Pretty good. Love the hazelnut. Wish the plain chocolate had less sugar.

Bummer, right? I love the ideas, the ethics, the whole philosophy of the brand - just wish I liked the product better. And probably, it's the inclusion of the whole cacao that lowers, to my mind, the taste and texture. A sad conundrum! I like chocolate with a dark snap, literally and figuratively, and Blue Stripe just doesn't have it. It is soft and smooth, and if that's the kind of chocolate you like, you'll probably love it. It was so soft that I almost put it in the fridge, instead of the cupboard, where the hot (but air-conditioned, so not THAT hot) days of summer were nearly melting it.
