Blue Stripes Pure Dark has become one of our favorite chocolates. By using the whole cacao Blue Stripes has created a chocolate with an unique flavor. When I first tried this chocolate I was somewhat put off because of the unique/different taste, similar to the first time I tried Manuka honey, but you quickly begin to appreciate the added complexity of the flavor. Be warned, this chocolate is habit forming!

Blue Stripes Pure Dark is the only chocolate I eat. It's a far superior product than any I have found and highly nutritious! The packaging is great. Comes with cooling pads to protect the product and they're recyclable. Can't live without my Blue Stripes.
I would love to have the dark chocolate option with a hazelnut or almond butter mix without the chunks of nuts in it.
